VANUE Cavity Protection Spray can be used wherever a permanent preservative coating is required.
The substrate should be dry and free of dust and grease.
The optimal temperature of the parts to be treated is between 15 and 25 °C.
Bring the can to room temperature and shake vigorously (at least 2 minutes from the audible impact of the mixing ball). Spray in several layers onto the surfaces to be preserved or into the relevant cavities. If necessary, remove panels. Remove existing rust and pretreat the surfaces with the VANUE® PROTECT rust converter. Let this dry out well. Closed cavities, such as spars and sills, are sprayed through the water drainage holes or cut-outs in the spars using a probe. Do not spray on rubber parts. The probe and splashes on painted surfaces can be cleaned with the VANUE® CLEAN special cleaner.
