Shipping costs (including VAT)

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
– Orders up to 10 kg = 13.90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 13.90 surcharge

Zone 6: Denmark, Czech Republic
– Orders up to 10 kg = 13.90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 13.90 surcharge

Zone 3: France, England, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary
– Orders up to 10 kg = 18.90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 18.90 surcharge

Zone 4: Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria
– Orders up to 10 kg = 35.90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 35.90 surcharge

Zone 5: Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain
– Orders up to 10 kg = 35,90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 35.90 surcharge

Zone 7: Bosnia, Greece
– Orders up to 10 kg = 52.90 €
– every additional 10 kg = 52.90 surcharge

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries or shipping take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. If you would like a partial delivery in advance and one more package of postage would be required than the shop calculates, additional postage costs may be charged.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. Collections from us are possible Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please call us shortly beforehand so that we can prepare the orders. This saves you waiting time.
