Deliveries abroad – Shipping with DHL:
NO direct shipping to Switzerland possible, please use a parcel service provider with a German delivery address.

– Orders up to 10 kg = €6.00 (€5.00 net plus country tax)
– each additional 10 kg = 6.00 surcharge (5.00 € net plus country tax)

Zone 3: France, England, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. If you request a partial delivery in advance and one more package would require postage than the shop estimates, additional postage costs may be charged.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. Pickups are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please call us shortly beforehand so we can prepare your order. This will save you waiting time.
